Our dedicated design and installation team put a lot of emphasis on detail and first class customer service. They are involved in a broad range of projects from individual retail units through to complex engineering projects at large logistics bases, remedial works to new build installations.

These systems may involve the necessity of deluge, pre-action (single, double, even triple knock), low – high foam induction/expansion, inert gas or even automatic water cannons depending on the risk involved - all of which is well within our range of expertise. We can offer advice within all of these areas during your planning stage, to ensure that you and your insurance company are satisfied with the final design to protect your investment.

Besides our commercial, retail and residential capabilities, A&F Sprinklers also offer our clients expertise in specialist projects such as energy from waste plants, power stations, chemical storage vessels and high-hazard process plants in accordance with the latest editions of BS EN 12845, NFPA and FM Global Standards.

All our design and installation work is undertaken in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management standards. We service and maintain sites throughout the UK and Ireland and provide a spectrum of services for the entire life of your system, from weekly testing, through to 25-year inspection and testing.

The Main Contracts department designs and installs sprinkler systems to some of the largest warehouses in Europe. They work closely with our customers and trusted suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget. The key to the department’s success is down to detailed planning & programming, accuracy in design, close monitoring of the project from commencement to completion, and efficient of design and installation without cutting corners.

The Multi-Works department deliver sprinkler and special risk projects -usually direct to end user clients. They carry out system upgrade works and design analysis of existing systems as well as provide intrusive site survey works and reports, which are renowned throughout the sprinkler industry.

VF Bardon

A&F were successful in tendering the base build works for VF Bardon, which was being built to become VF’s UK distribution centre. The sprinkler system was delivered on time and to our expected high standards for a high-profile client who is delighted with our effort and commitment to help achieve project expectations despite an unprecedented, challenging year.
