We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across the business. In areas such as commercial, finance and compliance. This is a key role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to senior management and departmental leads.
- Administer specific company procedures to assist departments in ensuring processes are followed.
- Prepare, review and maintain documentation, reports and correspondence.
- Oversee and improve administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Assist department heads and department leads in areas such as commercial regarding subcontractors, compliance and purchasing such as supply chain management.
- Support junior administrative staff, offering guidance and mentoring as required.
- Ensure policies, procedures and deadlines are consistently met.
About You:
You will be a proactive, reliable and confident administrator with proven experience in a senior or supervisory role. You will be comfortable working independently, using initiative and exercising sound judgement.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional, discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme for Subcontractors.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or management teams.
- Experience mentoring or supervising administrative colleagues.
